The Lord gave the Gising Kabataan Vision to him way back year 2000. Held a various conference and concert before it was officially launched in the body of Christ at Cuneta Astrodome Pasay City on June 12, 2006. He started the Leadership Congress to train and equip pastors, leaders, and workers of the Body of Christ. He is also the founder of Gising Kabataan Live program on Facebook to reach people all over the world. Bishop Val is also the Director of School of Leadership to help pastors, leaders, and workers of the body of Christ for them to be trained and equipped and to be used by God in their own churches mightily.

Bishop VAL is used by God to Awaken and Fired Up the people to be a difference maker not only in the Philippines but all over the world. He was used by God mightily in different nations and Asia such as Japan, Singapore, Hongkong, Malaysia, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, and many others. He ministered as well in different states of Australia and United States of America, Africa, Qatar, European countries like Italy, Spain, France, and Norway and already did Gising Kabataan in Israel.
